I’m Emily, a mum of two and a natural problem solver. I help overwhelmed business owners get everything out of their heads, make sense of what’s actually going on inside the business and work out practical solutions to move things forward.
I love nothing more than seeing someone build a business they’re proud of and then watching it grow.

My first step is getting to know your business properly.
We start with a Business Health Check, looking at how your business currently operates, what’s working, what’s not and where you feel you’re getting stuck.
Then we dump it all out.
The ideas. The frustrations. The jobs you’ve been putting off. The things that aren’t working. The things you want to change. The things you know you should be doing but haven’t got the time or headspace to tackle.
From there, we work through it together.
I look at the problems behind the problems, find practical solutions and work out what’s going to make the biggest difference to your business.
And then, importantly, we don’t just leave you with a list of things to do.
I can help you implement them too.
Whether that’s building a process, improving your operations, recruiting someone, sorting your admin, creating systems, restructuring how something is done or bringing in someone else when the solution needs a specialist.

I’m a mum of two, and the biggest thing that drives me is helping people.
I genuinely love seeing people do well.
I love seeing someone have an idea and turn it into a business.
I love watching a business grow from something small into something bigger than the owner ever imagined.
And I love being able to step into that journey and make things a little easier along the way.
Not everyone is a natural problem solver.
I am.
