I’m Emily, the founder of Emily Rosina Consultancy.
I started my career in transport at just 18, working my way through operational roles and eventually becoming a Transport Manager. Over the years, I’ve gained hands-on experience in managing people, solving problems, improving processes and keeping businesses moving when things don’t go to plan.
But there’s always been one thing I’ve loved most: finding a better way of doing things.
Whether that’s creating a simple system, improving a process, saving someone time or solving a problem that has been frustrating a team for months, I’ve always been drawn to the things that make a business work better.
That’s why I created Emily Rosina Consultancy.
I wanted to take everything I’ve learnt from working inside businesses and use it to help other business owners who are too close to the day-to-day to see what could be improved.
I work with small and medium-sized businesses, particularly owners who have built something they’re proud of but have reached the point where the business is becoming increasingly reliant on them.
Maybe everything lives in your head.
Maybe your processes aren't documented.
Maybe your team aren't working as efficiently as they could be.
Or maybe you simply know the business could be doing better, but you don't know where to start.
That’s where I come in.
I bring a fresh set of eyes, identify the problems behind the problems and work alongside you to put practical systems and processes in place.
My ambition is to grow Emily Rosina Consultancy into a trusted business consultancy that SMEs can turn to when they want to build a stronger, more efficient and scalable business.
As the business grows, I want to build a team of specialists across different areas — from marketing and social media to finance, operations and beyond — creating one place where business owners can access the expertise they need to move their business forward.
But at the heart of it, my goal will always remain the same:
To help business owners build businesses that work for them, rather than businesses that rely on them.
