I’m Emily, the founder of Emily Rosina Consultancy.

I started my career in transport at just 18, working through various operational roles until I became a Transport Manager. Over the years, I’ve amassed hands-on experience in managing teams, solving problems, enhancing processes, and ensuring businesses maintain momentum even when challenges arise.

However, one aspect that I’ve always found most rewarding is discovering better ways to operate.

I’ve consistently been the person who questions why things are done a certain way, explores alternatives, and seeks solutions when something isn’t working. Whether it’s a lengthy process, a frustrating system, a team not functioning at peak efficiency, or a business owner overwhelmed with too much on their plate, I take genuine pleasure in diving into these challenges and finding solutions.

That’s the motivation behind creating Emily Rosina Consultancy.

I aimed to leverage everything I’ve learned from my experience in business to assist other owners in addressing the issues weighing on their minds and proactively tackling them.

My focus is on small and medium-sized businesses, particularly owners who have built something they take pride in but are finding the daily operations increasingly difficult to handle.

I’ll take the time to understand the inner workings of your business, ask relevant questions, observe day-to-day activities, and, most importantly, listen.

From that point, we can identify potential improvements and explore solutions that genuinely make a difference to your business.

Sometimes the answer might involve implementing a new system or process, defining clearer roles and responsibilities, enhancing organization, altering team dynamics, or uncovering simpler methods to tasks you’ve been overcomplicating.

I'm not here to claim that I have all the answers; rather, I believe that no one does. However, I do have a passion for solving problems, a natural curiosity about business operations, and confidence in my ability to analyze situations, deconstruct them, and propose practical paths forward.
